The creation of multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or streaks is strictly prohibited and results in immediate ban.
SYSTEM MANIPULATION
Users must not exploit bugs or utilize automated scripts to alter the rating system or "cook" fake receipts.
description INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All data structures, "Receipt" designs, proprietary rating algorithms, and platform-generated content are the exclusive property of Pulszx.
IMMUTABLE DATA

report_problem LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pulszx does not guarantee the accuracy of sports data or the persistence of user-generated receipts in the event of technical failure.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent behavior, or undermines the integrity of the Pulszx Ledger.
